  Terrible customer service, rude and abrupt. I have been to this clinic now on 5 separate occassions and always dismayed how this behaviour continues.

  DO NOT GO HERE if you have to get a test for interstate travel. You will NOT get results back in time.

  Had a bad experience from the older lady doing the swabs at 10am on 13 Dec. She was rude to all the customers when replying to their questions and there was a perpetual frown on her face. I think she was unhappy that there were many of us (around 15) in the queue and kept asking those in the queue to go to the other collection centre even though no one was complaining. To me the queue is nothing compared to the queues for Covid testing in Melbourne which were much longer.
  On the other hand, her younger colleague who did the swab for me was very courteous and pleasant.

  Appalling customer service from front office lady. Berated an elderly gentleman who was trying to get a covid test for travel to S.A. No customer skills shown at all, was not aware of the new direction from the S.A government requesting all interstate travellers test 72 hours prior to leaving. If it wasn't for the pleasant lady carrying out the testing intervening and showing the rude person the new rules this could have escalated quickly. This type of person would be better off operating a photo copier in a back room away from face to face customer contact. Please remove her from front of house before she snaps at the wrong person.

  Had to go in and get a covid test, so we could go to SA Tuesday, there was a lady at the front desk serving an elderly gentleman, her behaviour and manners were absolutely non existent, she should not be anywhere near people as she has not the right attitude, to serve people, the lady doing the test was so lovely and helpful.
