After initially delivering to the wrong address due to a GPS error, the driver then returned to the delivery point even though she had finished for the day and personally re-delivered the flowers immediately. Absolutely humiliated as these were a gift that was opened up in front of about 20 people. Will never shop there again. Sent an email and still have had no reply. Pathetic
