  Incompetent is too good a description of these people at Warrnambool vision Australia.
  Still waiting three years later for a referral to be completed.
  Address in the phone incorrect. No signage out the front.
  Tried ringing and put through to Ballarat Twice.
  
  Spent an HOUR trying to find them after a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there.
  Happy?
  I won't answer that.
