- Maria S Added December 23, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could rate 0 starts I would. I looked up online for a 3ds and saw this store had it in stock. Wanted to proceed with the payment online but had trouble doing so. Mind you I live at least 6 hours away by train from this place. Called them to ask for help. That’s exactly what I didn’t get. Help. All I got was an attitude of “unfortunately this unfortunately that, can’t do home deliveries etc” I was willing to pay for postage too but nothing. They couldn’t even send pictures so I can see the product. Couple days later my boyfriend managed to pay for it through a helpful eb game store in his area and they processed it to be sent to his home for free. Hours later he receives a notification that the order has been cancelled because Warrnambool store declined it. Maybe coz the product is faulty ? I will never know. Why advertise something you are not willing to sell ?? I noticed now it’s updated as being out of stock. I’m happy I inspired change :)

Paul, the store manager, went absolutely above and beyond to help me when there were complications with my PlayStation 5 pre-order. Any other store in the city would have said "tough luck mate" and sent me on my way, but Paul pulled out all the stops to make it work. Bloody legend!
