  We engaged Harris & Wood Real Estate to sell our family home after meeting Danny Harris and being impressed by his enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism. Danny and the team proved to be the perfect choice and the house sold within a couple of weeks. Danny communicated with us openly and frequently during the whole process making it a straightforward and positive experience. The marketing strategies used were well developed and implemented to get the best result for the money spent while allowing us some input as well. I was most impressed by the integrity of Harris & Wood and the way in which they conduct their business, treating both vendor and prospective buyers with honesty and sincerity, this was very important to us. I don't hesitate to recommend Harris & Wood to both vendors and buyers of Real Estate in Warrnambool.

  I called Tom Symons from Harris & Wood after a card drop.Was very disappointed with my previous real estate person.Tom was very polite and helpful.Unfortunately my hubby had engaged another real estate to sell our house but Tom kept in touch and we ended up buying a house he was selling for a client .All through the process he kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him .My father passed away during the buy and I received a lovely bunch of flowers from Tom and co .Very thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and Harris &Wood to buy or sell a property .
