  Do not recommend Jean Jail? CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST? They’re not even worth a one star rating. I purchased a denim skirt The skirt does not fit brand-new. 1: There was no return paperwork in the packaging.
  2: I left numerous emails with no response finally found a contact phone number to be told NO REFUND because I was past the 30 days return policy apparently I asked politely if I could still return the skirt because I cannot wear it AS IT DOES NOT FIT ME!!! All I wanted was a bigger size, to be told by JESS that her office said no because, I’ve gone over the 30 day Return policy. It’s not like I asked for a refund I just wanted an extra size up… what a freaking joke DO NOT recommend JEAN JAIL.

  I purchased two dresses, one is beautiful however the quality is terrible for the high price tag. Tried it on and the single button fell off, luckily was able to be sewed back on. The second dress was supposed to come with a fabric belt and it was missing. I emailed and they told me to send it back and they'd replace it but I'd have to pay shipping, why am I paying for their mistake? I thought they'd just be able to send the belt on its own as it's not attached

  Unfortunately my experience with Jean Jail has sadly been extremely disappointing.
  My item looked nothing like the image, quality was terrible , but the worst part is they don’t offer discount and you have to pay for the return of the item
  Worse than that they make you sit on chat for almost an hour just to argue and offer zero help. After having you wait on hold on the phone and then hang up on the call after not responding to any emails! Worst experience !!! I’m now stuck with a credit note I don’t want as their product is worse quality than Supre. See photo of what was advertised versus what I received ! Which is ok - these things happen. What was appalling was the after sales service and the way I was treated. Please buy with caution

  Jean Jail is my favourite place to shop from. Not only is there range always on trend with a huge variety of labels, but the customer service is impeccable. It is the only company I feel 100% comfortable ordering online from. Delivery is incredibly fast and comes with a hand written note and a Lollipop. I will always recommend Jean Jail to my friends and family.

  I ordered a dress which turned out to be way too big on me. It was also pretty cheap looking. I wanted a refund but I was told I could only get a store credit. Not sure how this is even legal. Anyway, I bought another dress in a smaller size. This one fits me, but it is see through if you hold it up to the light and being a black dress, I wasn’t expecting this. They really do just look like Kmart quality clothing , with a $80 price tag. I really would avoid spending your hard earned money through this website, you will most likely be disappointed.

  Amazing service, definitely the BEST online store i have ever shopped at! Quick friendly staff and clothing is fantastic quality! Ohh and should i mention the amazing brands they stock! Highly recommend, will be shopping again & again!
