- George Miglietta Added May 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Good Doctor - Poor Quality Staff - Destroyed my glasses - No Compensation. I went in for my first appointment with this specialist. I had my eyes tested prior to seeing the specialist by someone who was still learning the ropes. She scratched my multi focal polycarbonate lens being over eager to get a reading on the prescription used in these glasses. It cost me $495 to replace one lens. I was told by OPSM that this type of scratch was possible if the rubber heads were not clean and contact was made with the lens. I saw contact being made repeatedly in an attempt to get a reading. I reported the problem and was abruptly told that this wasn't possible on their equipment. Do yourselves a favour find another practice that actually uses qualified staff and cares about it's customers.
